I constantly saw staff cleaning bathrooms and high touch points like railings. I went to order food at the outside bar and didn't know I needed a mask and she kindly gave me one. But in the hotel, guests and staff are wearing masks and staff is handing out masks incase you don't have one. In the indoor waterpark or outdoor piol you do not need to wear a mask unless you are ordering food. I was going into this vacation expecting guests to be rude and not wear masks. She addressed all my concerns abd I felt more comfortable in going. I reached out to Guest Relations who in return had Amanda, Supervisor, at front desk call me. There were a bunch of negative reviews in July about guests not wearing masks and staff not enforcing it that it really concerned me.
